Patty Sanchez graduated from Michigan State University in 2004 and went on to become a NETA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She has completed continuing education in Nutrition, Self-Defense, Injury Prevention, and more. Patty has been training and teaching a variety of YMCA group fitness classes since 2012. She specializes in intense cardio fitness, strength training, functional fitness, core strength, and balance. She is passionate about lifelong fitness and healthy habits. In her instruction, she focuses on proper form and injury prevention by educating as she teaches.
