Indoor Group Fitness Classes

Indoor Group Fitness Classes are coming back! Classes will begin starting on Monday, January 18th! We have a variety of classes that will be available at all four YMCA locations. All classes are FREE for YMCA members! Registration is required to participate. To view our class schedules and to register, please see below:

Virtual Fitness 

Our Virtual YMCA offers members access to a variety of online exercise classes that they can take with their favorite instructor anywhere, anytime!

We currently have Muscle Fit, Pilates, Senior Fit, Tai-Chi, and HIIT classes available. New classes are uploaded weekly!

YMCA March Madness Weight Loss Challenge - 

A four week challenge designed to help you stay accountable during your fitness journey. This challenge will include weekly check-ins as well as a facebook group for participants to interact and stay motivated. All fitness levels welcome!
