Send a Kid to Camp
Sunshine, popsicles, running around, capturing flags and imagination. Thanks to you and your continued support, our Y is able to help hundreds of local children experience the quintessential magic of summer. Our summer camps provides a screen-free environment where kids can be creative and stay active. For parents, camp is peace of mind, knowing their children are in a safe place all summer long.
For some families, camp can feel out of reach. Already stretched budgets make it difficult to afford the care they need for their children during the long summer months.
You can make camp possible. Your gift provides support to families to ensure their kids can attend Y Camp.
In our camps this summer we will:
- Provide days filled with fun activities so kids can just BE KIDS.
- Spend each day outside—unplugged from video games and texting—engaging in physical and creative activities.
- Build friendships and create meaningful connections among campers and counselors.
- Ensure parents can work, knowing their children are in the best care.
