Pilates Reformers - Parkwood YMCA
The Parkwood YMCA is excited to announce the opening of our new pilates reformer studio! We will offer small group classes and private sessions. Check out our offerings and details below:
Open House:
Drop into one of our open houses to learn how the reformers work, try them out, and meet our instructors!
- Tuesday 12/16 5pm-7pm
- Thursday 12/18 9am-11am
- Monday 12/29 5pm-7pm
- Tuesday 12/30 9am-11am
Small Group Classes:
A Pilates reformer class is a low impact way to work the whole body; improving core and postural muscles, flexibility, and overall strength. This class utilizes a spring-loaded machine offering resistance and support and challenging the user to stabilize and control movements through the core.

We are launching softly with 6 small group classes in January! Sessions will begin the week of January 5th and run for 4 weeks. The 4 week session is $80 for members ($20/class), $140 for non-members ($35/class) Register early as spaces are limited! Classes must have at least two registrations to run. Registration opens Monday 12/15/2025. Please check website for class schedule.
Private Sessions:
Individualized instruction for you, or for you and friends. Book directly with your instructor or fill out the Pilates Inquiry Form

- Member: $65
- Non-member: $80
1 on 2 Session -
- Member: $35 per person
- Non-member: $45 per person
1 on 3 Session -

Virtual Fitness
Our Virtual YMCA offers members access to a variety of online exercise classes that they can take with their favorite instructor anywhere, anytime!
