If you answered yes to any of these, this session is for you! Limited class size, offering individualized attention, hands on assists, feedback & sequences for home practice. Introduction to fundamental postures to build your practice, focusing on proper alignment with the use of props. Beginning with standing postures, and moving on to seated poses, and twists. You will learn how to use breath to link postures. You'll know Sun Salutation A like the back of your hand. Expect to feel stronger, more flexible, and increased body awareness, both on and off your yoga mat.
